Join an international, interdisciplinary innovation experience where students, researchers and entrepreneurs collaborate to tackle real-world challenges in sustainable food and beverage technologies.This Blended Intensive Programme combines design thinking methodology, hands-on workshops, company visits. Participants co-create solutions in mixed teams, applying knowledge from fields like food science, biotechnology, ICT, XR, marketing, communication, and more.
