E³UDRES² Hackathon 2025 (For ViA students location Finland)

Cities are living expressions of identity, shaped by their architecture, public spaces, mobility systems, and the people who inhabit them. In the Jyväskylä region, surrounded by lakes and forests yet deeply connected to innovation and education, urban life reflects both tradition and transformation.

How can cities become laboratories for shaping regional identity? How do infrastructure, digital tools, and citizen engagement play a role in designing inclusive, future-oriented urban environments? At the JAMK hub, participants will explore how local culture, smart city tools, and community-driven design can shape more liveable, connected, and sustainable regions. Let’s rethink cityscapes not just as physical spaces, but as co-created identities.
