To apply for a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program, you need to complete the application form and upload the following documents:

1. High school or secondary school education diploma (for Bachelor's degree applicants).
2. Bachelor's degree diploma (for Master's degree applicants).
3. Master's degree diploma (for PhD applicants).
4. Diploma supplement (Transcript of Records).
5. Motivation letter (if required).
6. Motivational video (if required).
7. CV (if required).
8. English language proficiency document (not required if previous education was fully conducted in English. Such information should be visible in Diploma supplement).
9. Copy of Passport or ID.
10. Master's or PhD thesis proposal.
11. Proof of application fee payment.

Please note that your application will only be considered complete after you have uploaded all the necessary documents and provided proof of payment for the application fee. The application fee is nonrefundable and does not guarantee acceptance. It must be paid before submitting your application, and confirmation of payment must be included with your application.

Additionally, some students may need to take program-specific online entrance examinations and English language proficiency exams. All international students will be invited for an online interview as part of the application process, which will be recorded for evaluation purposes.

After completing the application process, the applicant will be informed by the Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences International Coordinator, who will forward all the attached documents to the study programme director for decision upon admission. Student will be invited for the online interview. If applicant is provisionally accepted, the documents will be sent to Study administration department for submitting to the Academic Information Centre (AIC) for recognition (the estimated duration of the process is 4 to 6 weeks).

After receiving the approval from study programme director and AIC , International Coordinator will send you an official letter if you are eligible to study at your chosen study program. 

Further formalities regarding admission process will be organized in collaboration with International Coordinator and Study administration department of ViA.

After completing all the previously mentioned steps, Study administration department in collaboration with International Coordinator, will prepare the Study Agreement, you will receive it from the International Coordinator. 

Student will have to Sign the Study Agreement and Pay the Tuition fee for full academic year.

After signing the Study Agreement and paying the tuition fee, if needed, the VISA process will be started.
